Decorative velvet matte top coat with inclusion of black speckles of various sizes. This top coat is tack-free and can be used for gel and acrylic enhancements. For best results and prolonged chip-free wear it is recommended to apply one coat of NAIL COUTURE Velvet Top Coat before applying Speckled Top Coat, curing each coat for 120 seconds.
