Pigment Powder Pearl White

Description

Extra fine nail art pigment with a lustrous pearl effect. Best used to achieve “glazed” colour look. Should be applied over tack-free top coat and sealed with a thin layer of clear gel, followed by gel Top Coat to prevent chipping and extend wearability.
