Nelé Flex Top Coat

Description

Medium viscosity flexible finish top coat for hard gel and gel polish services. Non-yellowing, scratch and stain resistant high gloss shine that lasts up to 4 weeks. This top coat has an inhibition layer that needs to be wiped after curing. This top coat can also be used as an intermediate layer for sealing nail designs with glitters, foils, chrome powders and nail art stickers prior to application of Nelé Gloss or Matte Top Coat.
