Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day upon receipt of payment confirmation. Once processed, items are dispatched and delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on location and shipping method. Shipping Costs & Methods
Orders within South Africa are shipped through reliable courier services, including The Courier Guy and Fastway. Shipping fees are calculated through a courier booking application based on your order size, weight and delivery location. If you have any queries in this regard please contact us at [email protected].
Important Note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries must be to a physical address where a responsible individual can accept and sign for the package. If delivery is refused, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
International Shipping
Currently, NELÉ Naturalé only ships within South Africa. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Payment & Credit Card Processing
All credit card transactions are securely processed by NELÉ Naturalé. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as “NELÉ Naturalé.” For security, we may verify payment details before dispatching orders.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]. To expedite the resolution, please provide images of the damaged items. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for replacements or cover return shipping for damaged items.
Lost, Stolen, or Signature-Denied Packages
While we aim to ensure safe delivery, we understand that loss or theft can occur. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately if your package is missing, so we can assist with filing a claim with the courier.
- NELÉ Naturalé is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will work with you to explore solutions or file necessary claims.
