Order Confirmation & Product Selection

To provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you carefully review your order selections before completing a purchase. Refunds or returns cannot be offered for changes of mind or incorrect selections after the order has been processed.

Colour Discrepancy Notice

Due to variations in digital display settings, the colors of gel polishes and other products on our website (www.nele.co.za) may differ slightly from the actual product colors. We encourage customers to account for minor color variances when ordering.

Damage Claims & Discrepancies

NELÉ Naturalé upholds high standards in product quality and packaging. Should you notice any damage or discrepancies upon receipt of your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours at [email protected]. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CAT. Please include your order number and photos of any damage, if applicable, to expedite your claim.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for product orders due to change of mind or incorrect selection. However, returns on equipment may be considered in specific situations. To qualify for a return:

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required for verification purposes.

Important Note: Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and NELÉ Naturalé reserves the right to deny return requests if they do not meet the required criteria.

Return Process for Eligible Equipment

To initiate a return for equipment:

  2. Upon receiving your request, we will assess eligibility and provide instructions for return if approved.
  3. After assessing the returned product, a courier collection will be arranged if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and approval of the returned item. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
